The following applies to all plans.

Hair styling service
Hair styling is included for women only. You can choose your preferred hairstyle. Hair accessories are also included in the rental. Makeup is not included.

Luggage storage service
We will store all your large luggage while you are renting a kimono.
Please refrain from leaving valuables with us.

Rental of a complete kimono set
The rental includes everything: kimono, obi, tabi socks, zori sandals, bag, etc. Please come empty-handed. We do not provide zori sandals for children. Please have your child wear their own shoes or sandals.

Return time
The kimono must be returned by 5:00 PM, regardless of your reservation time.
Customers wishing to return items after 17:00 will be charged an additional ¥1,000 and the return period will be until 12:00 the following day.
Extensions are possible.
Q&A
Q: How long does the preparation take?
A: You can go out in about an hour, from checking in to choosing your kimono and getting changed.
Q: Can I choose my hairstyle?
A: Please choose your preferred design. You can also choose hair accessories. The price remains the same even if you don't have your hair styled. Please leave with your hair styled as is.
Q: Can I rent it even if it's raining?
A: Rentals are available even in the rain. However, if the kimono gets wet in heavy rain, there is a possibility that the color may transfer to your underwear. We cannot be held responsible for this, so please take precautions yourself.
Q: What are the payment methods?
A: We accept cash or credit cards.
(On the day of the fireworks display, only cash or PayPay will be accepted.)
Q: Can I cancel?
A: Please notify us of your cancellation by email (pocket.ltms@gmail.com) by 6:00 PM the day before, including your name, reservation date and time, and the number of people. Cancellations made after 6:00 PM will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the plan price.
