After you fill out the application form, we will explain the rental process and then ask for your payment. Payment is by cash only.

Please choose your favorite kimono.

We will suggest a hairstyle that complements your kimono. Please choose your favorite hair accessory.

You will be asked to change into a kimono. If this is your first time wearing a kimono, please let our staff know if you have any questions.

Please make your payment once your preparations are complete. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card.

Once your payment is complete, please head out to explore the town of Shibamata.

We will hold your luggage for you. Please bring a bag specifically for carrying your kimono.

Please return by 17:00 still wearing your kimono.

For customers who wish to return the item the following day, there will be an additional charge of ¥1,000.

Please inform a staff member before you leave.
